Are you a single parent on benefits and want a chance at a brighter future if so come and talk to Mark Griffiths, Life Coach who is available by appointment at Hesters Way Community Resource Centre or Springbank Community Resource Centre. Mark will help you to overcome everyday problems to plan ahead for a job or help you into training. Mark also specialises in divorce aftermath, turning negatives into positives, setting goals for the future, building confidence, dealing with emotions and other issues. Citizens Advice Service
Do you have children aged 0 to 5 years old. The family drop in organised by Hesters Way Children's Centre has a Citizens Advice representative who can give you free advice on housing, debt, welfare and benefits. It is held at Springbank Community Resource Centre every week in term time on Wednesdays from 1:15 to 3pm. No appointment is necessary.
