Hesters Way Neighbourhood Project manages Hesters Way Community Resource Centre and Springbank Community Resource Centre. The Resource Centres have well equipped conference facilities and a choice of different sized rooms, which are available for hire at excellent rates.
In addition a variety of serviced office and commercial space is rented out at both of the centres.

Hesters Way
- Hesters Way Partnership: a not for profit charity based in Hesters Way, Cheltenham managed by a Board of Directors and comprising partner organisations aiming to facilitate and promote a sustainable community in Hesters Way and Springbank.
- Connexions Cheltenham: offering advice on education, careers, housing, money, health and relationships for 13-19 year olds in the Cheltenham area.
- Listening Post: a Christian based counselling service offering counselling to people over 18 irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, religion or ethnic origin.
- Puddles Nursery: a daycare nursery offering 31 childcare places for 1 to 5 year olds open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Hesters Way Healthy Living Centre: a branch surgery for Crescent Bakery and St Catherines Surgeries with a range of nurse led services.

Springbank

- The Springbank Surgery: The surgery provides a full medical primary care service to local patients led by GPs and nursing staff. The surgery has two consulting rooms and one treatment room available for primary care services. Opening hours are from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Many of the services available during this time will be Nurse Practitioner led.Plus a dental surgery taking NHS patients
