Cheltenham West Timebank offers a different way to volunteer your time and skills. We aim to work on both individual and community levels. Everyone has something to offer for example dog walking, form filling, visiting the elderly or housebound, car washing to mention just a few. Each hour you volunteer earns you a time credit which you can then spend on using another volunteers skills.
Through the time bank you can exchange your time and skills with other individuals and organisations who are part of the scheme. For every hour you give, you are given one credit. You can then exchange these credits for services that you need. Everyone has something to offer and everyone could use a little extra help from time to time. It doesn't matter how old you are or how good your health is or how mobile you are, everyone is welcome.
